Collaborated with the Director of Medicaid to design and implement programs to incorporate the 1,000 staff members from the Department Of Social Service into DOH (Department of Health)

Conducted “town meetings” to bring together the top 200 DOH staff for information sharing and program creation

Oversaw 96 health-related boards (including the Public Health Council, The State Hospital Review and Planning Council) and designed the 1st consolidated meeting to identify overlap and streamline processes of the boards

Directed the Governors Athletes and Stars against Drunk Driving campaign in NYS (creating Public Service announcements) with stars such as Stevie Wonder, Motley Crew, Grace Slick, the Mets' Gary Carter and many more (DMV)
