NYS Reinventing Government Initiative

Partnered with VP of Eastman Kodak to turn the DMV into a Total Quality Management Agency, resulting in employee participation which transformed the offices, reduced the lines, reduced time for duplicate titles from weeks or even months to days, streamlined processes, became customer-focused and employee moral skyrocketed.

Created the Quality Management Council consisting of employees, management and unions, to select projects for improvement, resulting in the first signed Union Partnership agreement in NYS.

Oversaw the team who created and delivered a training program for DMV employees across NYS.

Served on the Governor’s Office Of Employee Relations QTP team.
