Oversight,of the creation and implementation of the DOH mentoring program through the Intra-agency Task Force on Women

Oversight of the creation of a DOH Training Academy, which included:
An in-house surveillance-training program taught by DOH staff for employees in the field offices;
A Contract with Syracuse University to develop and deliver a Leadership Training program required for all managers in DOH

At the Department of Motor Vehicles, Oversaw the team who created and delivered a training program for DMV employees across NYS (DMV)

Created the Quality Management Council consisting of employees, management and unions, to select projects for improvement, resulting in the first signed Union Partnership agreement in NYS
